In 1977 the Amalienpassage opened in Maxvorstadt as a residential and retail complex. In addition to 200 apartments, 
the "Bistro Terrine" owned by the Eichbauer family has been part of the ensemble since 1978.
For 35 years it was considered the little sister of Eichbauer's "Tantris". 
In 2015 we had the privilege of following in these big footsteps.
Already in 2020 we were awarded for our work, our love and our handling of high-quality products in many international gastro and travel guides.

Chef's Table

In some companies where I worked, the chef's table was the table in the kitchen that was always reserved for regular guests, gourmets, friends and family. Of course, other new and classic dishes were also served here, which could not be found on the current menu. We spent the most beautiful and entertaining evenings right at the kitchen table.

I would also like to give you the opportunity to enjoy the "Chef's Table" experience.

You are also welcome to exclusively book the "Chef's Table" for your event, business dinner, birthday party or simply for 10 or more people.
